Nia Walker is from Spotswood, New Jersey. She is a senior at the University of Southern California, studying Business Administration with a minor in Music Industry. Last summer, she worked in Sales and Trading at Goldman Sachs within the Prime Brokerage Group. She will be returning full time post-graduation. 
 
In her free time, Nia is a professional dancer and has started a non-profit organization called H.E.E.L.S. Inc. which donates new to gently used shoes to those in need.

Santiago Richard is from Miami, Florida. He is a sophomore at the University of Southern California, studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. This summer, he will be interning at Bank of America as an investment banking summer analyst within the Consumer & Retail group. The following summer, he will be joining Goldman Sachs for a 2025 investment banking Summer Analyst position.

Vice President of Education

Lucas Richard is from Miami, Florida. He is a current sophomore at the University of Southern California studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. This summer Lucas will be working in New York as an Investment Banking Sophomore Summer Analyst within Bank of America’s Natural Resources & Energy Transition group.

In his free time, Lucas enjoys playing pickup soccer, listening to The Smiths, and exploring new restaurants and museums.

Vice President of Education

Daniel Epega is a sophomore from Houston, TX. At the University of Southern California, he is majoring in Cinema and  Media Studies, minoring in Artificial Intelligence, while pursuing a Progressive Degree in Business Analytics. This summer he worked at Rice University, instructing Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks to students at a summer program. He is developing a historical film on while seeking a consulting internship next summer.

Cassey De Castro is from Cape Town, South Africa. He is a current sophomore at the University of Southern California studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. This summer, Cassey will be working in New York as an Wealth Management Sophomore Summer Analyst within Morgan Stanley.

 

In his free time, Cassey enjoys writing poetry, playing guitar, and working out.

Zen Phillpotts is from Chicago, IL. She is a sophomore at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Finance. This spring she is interning as a growth equity sourcing intern under the Internet and Consumer team at Volition Capital. This summer she will be interning as a private equity summer analyst at Banneker Partners.

In her free time, Zen enjoys traveling, going to concerts, golfing, and just overall spending time with her friends and family.

Vice President of Public Relations

Alan Francisco Enriquez is senior from Chicago, Illinois majoring in English and Economics. For his 2023 summer, he was the financial manager for a non-profit literature initiative as well as a PR intern for the Civil Rights Department under the Mayor of LA. His passions are creative as well as analytical and plans to enter the consulting industry.

Vice President of Marketing

Shalom Abi is a second year studying Health Promotion & Disease Prevention at the University of Southern California. She is from Seattle, WA but originally from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Shalom is currently interning with Baby2Baby as the National Program and Disaster Relief intern and plans to pursue a progressive Master’s degree in Public Health Data Science during her junior year of college. 

 

In her free time, Shalom enjoys playing sports, reading, traveling, and trying new cultural restaurants with her parents.

Vice President of Finance

Zechariahs Tamrat is from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and is a Junior at the University of Southern California studying Economics with a minor in Applied Analytics. Last year, Zechariahs interned with the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority - the organization responsible for setting up Ethiopia’s inaugural capital markets - as an Economic advisor.

 

In his free time, Zechariahs enjoys playing pickup soccer and basketball and has recently picked up an interest in chess.
