Sterling is from Milwaukee, WI. He is a sophomore studying business at the University of Michigan, with a concentration in Finance. This summer, he will be working at McKinsey and Company in Chicago. For summer 2025, he will be working at an investment bank in New York City.

 Jose is a sophomore at the University of Michigan studying Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy, along with with minors in Education and Astronomy. This summer, he will be joining Boston Consulting Group as a Growing Future Leaders Summer Associate in his hometown of Philadelphia. 

 

During his free time, Jose enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, cycling, and staying inside to beat Ann Arbor winters.

Hector is from Orange County, California. He is a sophomore at the University of Michigan, studying Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, along with minors in Biology. Next summer, Hector will be interning at General Atlantic as a Growth Equity Summer Analyst.

Kevin Toledo is a freshman at the University of Michigan, studying Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science. Outside of BlackGen, he serves as VP of DEI for Sigma Eta Pi Professional Entrepreneurship Fraternity and VP of Finance for the Entertainment & Media Club. Kevin is also active in other organizations such as ALPFA, Nexecon Consulting Group, and the Michigan Association of Student Councils and Honor Societies.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys riding his motorcycle, watching international soccer, and is a self-proclaimed film critic.

Rosbel Lebron is a freshman at the University of Michigan studying Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, along with an intended minor in Real Estate. Rosbel is also a member of the Association of Latino Professionals for America, and the Michigan Real Estate Club. This summer, he will be at Deloitte as a Discovery Intern.
