Lisa Diaz

CEO & Managing Partner of Prince Street Capital

Lisa Diaz is President and CEO of Prince Street Capital, a specialist emerging and frontier market hedge fund focused on uncovering the most innovative emerging markets national champions within the e-commerce, healthcare, fintech and infrastructure space. Prior to joining Prince Street, Lisa was Managing Partner and Founder of Turf Advisory, a smart infrastructure management advisor (SIMA) dedicated to regenerating US infrastructure through technology, and a pioneer in advisory-based venture capital.

Lisa has spent over 30+ years in finance, most recently as a Managing Director in the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs where she ran the Communications, Media and Telecoms (CME) sector sales team, managing key firmwide relationships among global hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds and large mutual fund complexes. Lisa holds a B.A in Political Science & French from Middlebury College.

Philip Rigueur

Vice President of Enterprise Transformation at Hartford Healthcare

Philip Rigueur previously was Head of Sales & Distribution for Aetna's transformative markets. Rigueur's goal was to revolutionize health care through a joint venture between Aetna and hospitals, providing high-quality health care at affordable prices to consumers and employers.

Under his leadership, Rigueur's business was able to grow to 600,000 members and $1 billion in revenue. He began his career as a co-founder and managing director of a real estate company. Phil holds a B.S. and MPA from Cornell and is pursuing his executive MBA at MIT Sloan.

Celia Bigoness

Clinical Professor of Law at Cornell Law School

Celia Bigoness is a Clinical Professor of Law and founder of the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, Cornell’s first transactional law clinic. In addition to teaching the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, Professor Bigoness teaches Introduction to Transactional Lawyering and organizes the annual Cornell Law School Transactional Lawyering Competition. 

 

Before joining Cornell, Professor Bigoness spent seven years practicing corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, London and Paris. Her experience includes project finance, leveraged finance, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions. Celia holds a J.D. from Yale Law and an A.B. from Harvard University

Ricardo Arguello

Managing Director at Bank of America

Ricardo Arguello is a Managing Director at Bank of America Securities within the Global Banking & Markets Group (GBAM). Ricardo started his financial career in 2004 at Bloomberg LP where he became a licensed securities broker helping institutional clients execute equity, options, and commodities orders electronically. 

 

In addition, Ricardo is a passionate champion of Diversity and Inclusion, mentoring, and providing financial literacy to underrepresented minorities. At Bank of America, Ricardo is actively involved with several affinity groups such as GBAM's Developing and Engaging African American Leaders (DEAL), and the Hispanic-Latino Executive Committee (HLEC). Ricardo holds a B.A. in History from Cornell University.
