Mark Vaughan is from White Plains, NY. He is a junior at Cornell University majoring in Economics, with minors in Inequality Studies and Business. During his sophomore summer he interned at JP Morgan and Chase & Co. in Consumer and Community Banking as part of the Advancing Black Pathways Program. This coming summer he will be returning to JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Corporate Analyst Development Program Intern.
In his free time, he enjoys playing card games, watching basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
Jessica Velesaca is from Bronx, NY. She is a junior at Cornell University studying American Studies and Sociology. As a freshman, she interned at the non-profit, CSforALL, and at the Worker Institute of Cornell. Her sophomore year, she worked for Cornell’s HEOP program and at PepTalkHer. This summer, Jessica will be interning at Goldman Sachs in their Risk Division.
During her free time, she enjoys running, photography, and making jewelry.
Vice President of Marketing
Kellie Graves is a freshman at the Dyson School at Cornell University, majoring in applied economics and management with minors in leadership and Spanish. Aside from serving as the VP of Marketing for BlackGen, Kellie is a Consultant for Cornell Marketing, a member of Diversity on the Street, and had the opportunity to mentor high school students interested in entrepreneurship during Fall semester through Social Enterprise at Cornell. Outside of business, Kellie is involved in diversity and community work, serving as a Freshman Representative for the Black Womxn's Support Network as well as a diversity ambassador for CU Image. This coming summer, Kellie will pursue her own business venture through the Beck Entrepreneurship Fellow Program.
Some of her other interests include playing tennis, enjoying Winter weather and activities, and listening to pretty much any kind of music.
Vice President of Internal Relations
Ashleign Gundy, originally from Long Island, NY, is a junior at Cornell majoring in Communications and minoring in business. She is a member of the Cornell Women's Lacrosse Team, and this past summer she interned for Global Players, a study abroad program for student-athletes. She is also a member of Women of Color in Athletics (WOCA), and chairwoman for the Black Student Athletic Committee (BSAC) at Cornell.
Outside of academics and athletics, she enjoys personal training, film making, and trying new foods.
Vice President of Corporate Relations
Kyle Bernardez is from Queens, New York. Currently, he is a sophomore at Cornell University majoring in Industrial and Labor Relations while pursuing minors in business and philosophy. This upcoming summer Kyle will be interning as a rotational analyst at Jefferies Group LLC as part of his fellowship.
Outside of the classroom, he engages himself by discovering new music, staying active, and watching sports.

Jenniviv Bansah lives in Westchester, NY. She is a junior at Cornell University studying Hotel Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and a minor in Information Science. During her freshman summer, she interned at Invesnt@SU, an invention programming, building a device for tremor patients. This past summer, she worked at EY as a consulting analyst. Next summer, Jenniviv will join Goldman Sachs as an Investment Research summer analyst.
Outside of academics, Jenniviv enjoys playing tennis, car rides, and finding new artists/music to vibe to.

Jordan Miller is from Boston, MA. He is a junior at Cornell University majoring in Applied Economics and Management with concentrations in Business Analytics and Finance. This past summer, Jordan interned at Athena Capital, a private equity firm based in South Africa. Next summer he will be working at UBS as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.
Outside of coursework, he enjoys photography and watching basketball and football.

Jenniffer Flores from The Bronx, NY. She is a junior at Cornell University studying Industrial and Labor Relations with minors in Business and Inequality Studies. This past summer she interned at PAPER Magazine as a Marketing and Strategy Analyst. Next summer, Jenniffer will join JPMorgan Chase as a Human Resources summer analyst. Jenniffer is passionate about giving back to her community and working towards minority inclusion.
Outside of academics, Jenniffer enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, and drinking bubble tea!
